Basic rules of mandatory compliance regarding operation and safety for participants in Estiula Aventura.

Important information about the activity:

• The activity consists of carrying out an unaccompanied altitude tour under the participant's own responsibility. The route consists of passing through different platforms in the trees through floating bridges, walkways and zip lines, the monitor will always provide support from the ground.

• ESTIULA Aventura has all the legal requirements, both for safety and for accident and civil liability insurance. The company is governed according to the European Regulations UNE EN15567-1 regarding construction and UNE EN 15567-2 regarding the operation of the park. The park obtains an annual CERTIFICATE for the construction and maintenance of the facilities, together with a phytosanitary study, to check the state of health of each of the trees.

 

General regulation

• It is mandatory for participants to provide their name, ID and signature.

• The use of safety equipment other than that provided by our monitors is not permitted.

• The Personal Protection Equipment (harnesses, ropes, pulleys, etc.) will be placed on each participant by a monitor and must remain adjusted throughout the journey. The equipment is personal and non-transferable and its manipulation during the journey is prohibited unless the monitor indicates otherwise.

• The participant must know the route and pass an initiation circuit or "Briefing". The monitor reserves the right not to allow the participation of the user in case he does not have the physical and mental abilities necessary to carry out the route normally.

• The participant assumes to have been trained and able to overcome all the obstacles on the route.

• The instructions and safety recommendations of the monitors who will be found at different points on each route must be followed.

• The participant must always remain anchored to the "lifeline".

• Helmet use is mandatory in some activities.

• The participant has a minimum height of 1.0 mt. for the route 'petit colomer', 1.20m for the circuit 'L'Olleta and "La Cabana"' and 1.30m, for the route 'La Tosca' and 1.30m and a minimum weight of 40Kg for 'La Bauma. For all the adventure circuits and the 'Flight of the Eagle' route, it is necessary to weigh less than 100 kg and be less than 2.0 meters in height (at certain times of the season, for reasons of safety and the decision of the company, the weight of the Flight of the Àliga circuit can be a maximum of 90kg)

• Children under 7 must be accompanied by an adult. For children under 12, there must be a minimum of 1 adult for every 4 children.

• The user accepts that he is practicing sports and as such may carry a risk of injury.

• The company is not responsible for injuries caused by misuse of the facilities.

• You will not be able to participate in the activities if you suffer from any cardiovascular disease or physical injury

• The company is exempt from any responsibility in terms of personal or material damage that could occur due to not respecting the safety conditions marked.

• It is absolutely forbidden to participate in the proposed activities under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs. The intake of these substances before or during the activities is explicitly prohibited.

• Pregnant women are not allowed to participate.

• If a participant is a minor and is not accompanied by an adult, they must present a written authorization from their parents, guardian or legal representative who will be responsible throughout the activity.

• Appropriate clothing and comfortable, closed and well-tied sports shoes must be worn. Hair must be tied up. It is recommended not to wear earrings, necklaces and/or bracelets.

• The company will not be responsible for the deterioration, destruction or theft of personal items.

• Smoking is completely prohibited throughout the park except in designated and signposted areas.

• The natural environment that surrounds us must be respected (uprooting branches, damaging trees, dumping rubbish or organic remains is not allowed).

• The company will be able to use the customers' images for advertising purposes both on their respective digital platforms (web, social networks, etc.) and through printed media such as advertising brochures, posters and magazines. If you do not agree, you must inform us by email.

 

RETURN POLICY

Reasons for return

If the participant in the briefing decides to withdraw due to fear, insecurity.

In the case of expulsion of the client for some non-compliance.

In the event that our staff deems that they cannot / must carry out the activity.

 

Reasons for NO return

Once the circuits have started, you will not be entitled to a refund

In case of closure of facilities for weather reasons, a change of day will be offered subject to availability.

If the company believes that the weather is suitable for carrying out the activity without risk, there will be no right to a refund.

By voluntary termination of the client once the circuits have started.
